Alterations, Custom, Bridal & Prom Policy

All custom orders, alterations, bridal, and prom services require a deposit before any work begins. The deposit is applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due upon pickup. By collecting your garment and completing payment, you acknowledge that you are satisfied with the finished work.

All custom and altered items are final sale. There are no refunds on consultations or deposits.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept exchanges for eligible retail purchases only. Items must be returned in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or cash returns.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.
